This represents projects developed by the Mills’ predecessor corporation, its co-owner and its general partner (Potomac Mills, Sawgrass Mills, Gurnee Mills and Franklin Mills). The asset base is in excess of $1 billion, and includes numerous neighborhood and community-sized shopping centers around the United States from 80,000 to 300,000 square feet, in addition to the massive super regional outlet centers that gave rise to The Mills concept.
